Kale stew with sausage (4 people)

500g chopped kale
2 kg of peeled potatoes
1 smoked sausage
60g butter
100 ml of milk
salt

Put the potatoes with a pinch of salt in a large saucepan and bring to the boil in half a liter of water. When the water boils put the kale on the potatoes and bring to a boil again. When the kale is wilted, add the sausages on top and let it boil for about 30 minutes. Take the sausage from the pan and pour off the cooking liquid. Keep the cooking liquid. Mash the potatoes and kale well. Stir in the milk and butter through it. Take the stew as desired smoother with the cooking liquid. Cut the sausage into 4 pieces and give it there.
